Noted from Trac 2

Saturday 30th July 2011
- "Shoot Out"  which have your legs spread at the front was first done by Jo Jo in 1977 and it had no name.
- Chair Freeze was invented by Robbie Rob from Zulu Kingz.

Friday 29th July 2011
- Sweep/Coffeegrind's original name is "helicopter." The first to incorporate it into footwork was Aby (TBB) in 1975.
- Baby Love/Scramble was Baby Love's version of JoJo's "Hop Skippy."
- Trac posted a picture of him doing the "Twist-O-Flex." The name is not related to the popping move, it was purely coincidental.
- The shuffle like move done by Fast Break in the footage posted by Edit, and many of the 80's (even earlier) bboys are actually called the "Zipper Move" created by Spy at the front of the footwork. Later on Trac flipped it and used it as a transition to get into headspins.
- The Original 5 Crews that set the Foundation to this dance: ZULU KINGZ, STAR CHILD LA ROCK, SALSOUL, THE BRONX BOYS (T.B.B.), and CRAZY COMMANDOS (C.C. Crew).

Thursday 28th July 2011
- The name "CC" is actually the original name of the "6 step" we know today. It was done in an elongated form (as seen done by Mr Freeze on DMC Foundation video, Icey Ice, and Alieness). Shorty Rock (Spy's partner) was the first to do this style of footwork.
The CC style footwork was also used to open up the cypher.
- The "CC" we know today was actually called "Salsoul Shuffle"
